The hotel staff was not eager to help, they were unwilling to compromise even on trivial things I didn't find the hotel staff that delighted

Wonderful stay and experience... Very neat and clean property... Good location and easy accessibility to food etc.. Hotel doesn't have proper restaurant however delivery from zomato etc are allowed We went to nearby place TGIB for buffet food option it was awesome 4 stars overall

I stayed 4 days at this beautiful hotel. If I could give the Omaira six stars I would! Excellent place with very beautiful interior and Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities, please do not forget to have a delicious breakfast. Cozy, elegant, quiet, classic and very conveniently situated location of Jaipur. The room was very spacious and beautiful with a very supportive staff they accommodate with our timings. We would be more than happy to come back to The OMAIRA on the next visit. Couldn’t fault any part of the stay. Would highly recommend!!

I dont know who gave 5 star to this premises. We had very bad experience.Room was fineThey have charged around for the stay.They charge for bislery bottle with huge stay chargesThey have not provided breakfastOverall it was a bad experience except room.Please avoid couple stay here otherwise you will waste your one stay

perfect hotel for couples and family. very safe and silent environment, peaceful place, nice services, sparkle clean rooms with star amenities. staff are very polite and friendly never ask for tips if you don't desire.. very reasonable and value for money..

The stay was overall good, but the location is quite far from the city centre. Major market areas like Bapu Bazaar, Hawa Mehel was around 5-6 kms away from the place. The owner of the property was very polite, humble and professional. He tries everytime to help you out with anything. Best part about this hotel is that, you feel safe when you be at this place. I recommend this hotel.
