hotel is in a very nice and cozy location . property is a bit old and does not have any elevator.
there is a garden outside with play area for kids .
view from the balconies is not that great but rooms are good.

Hotel Service is too poor, recommended not stay in this hotel, on order basis they will provide dental kit, towels looks too dirty and stinking ... other hotels providing complementary dinner to driver but there is no arrangement for cab drivers ... they are writing they have medicine but when asked iodex or voloni ... they do not have ... in breakfast also no options and too crowded dining hall.. they merged 2 hotels guest for breakfast in single dinning hall...

Best hotel in Manali including staff behavior, food taste, traveling arrangements and each and everything... And everything at a reasonable rate... Just loved the stay ❤️

an average experience the staff is not friendly, room no 234 main door lock was not working the room was open after cleaning because of the lock.the children pool was not heated and the food is average specially non veg and egg,rooms are big but the resort is not 4star as mentioned and also not worth of paying high price. location is good if you are visiting hidimba temple for mall road it is 1.5 km and dining option is very less nearby.told the customer care person about the experience but not ...more

Room was locked and we are unable to get in.
Security guy went inside from bathroom window and opened it. It happened twice
Such a mess and not expected
Room shown in picture is different from what we got.

The stay is good. Rooms are clean. All they need to improve is in terms of hot water. Hot water was unavailable in the late afternoon.
Breakfast is very good. Many varieties are there.
Overall, the hotel is nice for a family vacation.
