WORST HOTEL, worst service. No hygiene, no sanitization. Provided tap water. Pool was full wid dead insects. Leaking ceilings. Very bad experience. Not recommended

Extremely bad service, no phone in room, power cuts without power backup for long duration, 2.5hr breakfast slot delayed by 45min, no ownership for bad service, breakfast served was so bad eating at a road side dhaba would feel better. The only positive was the room construction, although unfinished, the rooms are built well. But in no way deserving of a 4star resort, more like a 2 star hotel. everything, it was a tiresome experience

hotel was good. but staff was not at all welcoming..rather I wud say the housekeeping staff bell boys and the security guard did a better job. the hotel was almost empty being off season ... nevertheless the experience was okish would like to appreciate this boy in the restaurant Ashish he did a good job he was quick very prompt at service. rooms r also very basic wouldn't rate it a 5*.

Its WOW Experience. Superb hotel with very nice staff and food quality also superb. I would like to come again in this hotel only. Staff is very professional. Lot of games and other activities. Everyone should come here only. Beautiful location and everything amazing.
