stayed for 1 night rooms were smelling,plaster of the room was shedding,rooms r very suffocating
fire exit remains open at back so not safe
only one person for everything
room tarrif was 4000 plus taxes but charged 15000 for 2 rooms

While the staff was helpful, there is no upkeep, not worth the amount charged for the room, the walls of the room were not clean & had stains all over, the main light switches were on another wall rather than next to the bed, the bathroom was a bit run down, the room door had no latch and was raw, the breakfast was very average, all in all not worth and the worst part was, the service area was right next to the rooms on the first floor, till late in the night and from early to mid morning vessel ...more

The staff is extremely friendly and caring. They genuinely take price in giving a good service. The room service is very fast and super tasty home cooked meal. Must try their vegetable pakora and Dal tadka, exceptional quality. Only drawback is the room which had seepage on the wall at one corner. But during winter they included room heater at no extra charge so that's a plus. The location is unmatched, 500 m from Kailash colony metro and opposite a beautiful park.
