room was not which was shown in the pictures there were no water on taps . service was vert slow . dinner came after 1.5 hrs. restaurant people dont have the manners to talk

I had a wonderful experience at the orion plaza. the rooms were spotless ,spacious and well maintained.the staff was courteous and ready to help. the location is perfect with easy to access to major attractions.

Genuine Good Hotel which is walkable distance from (Nehru Enclave Metro) specially if you are coming to Delhi from Delhi Airport T1 . Teams are Good and Helpful and even loyal as I missed my Thermos bottle after checkout they called me twice to remind me again. Rooms are Neat & Clean with cozy bed and clean bathroom.

The staff are super efficient but the hotel needs a serious revamp, moldy im every corner, even the pillows need changing as its moldy inside as well

We booked a family room and it was big and spacious, it had 2 rooms and both had double beds. Breakfast was not as extravagant as we thought it would be for the price we paid.There were very few options in Breakfast buffet.One additional thing that I would like to bring into attention is that they give 2 complimentary bottles (Bisleri) of 500ml each but it you want to purchase bottles from them then they would only sell expensive water bottles of a different brand and refuse to sell the bisleri ...more
