I booked the room for mom. She had to travel alone and I was worried lot but She says, the staff were really nice and everyone was so humble, cooperative , the receptionist even helped check my mom's return ticket train timing and everything. All in all she was very satisfied with the service which led my worry to lessen. Plus it is at a prettt good location, they have their own restrau and getting food delivered is also not any issue. So it was a happy stay for my mom.

The refrigerator was not working.The food was overpriced. When I asked for extra bedding, they provided a thin matress to sleep on floor.Bathroom was not clean.

The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The staff was very helpful. Lift and parking facilities were available.
the receptionist was always available and attentive. the room services were also good and the food served were tasty.
station, local market , transportation all were near by.
I wish the room to be a little bigger as it was a deluxe room. also there was a stinky smell in the room during the evening time but later it was removed by using air freshener.
overall it was a nice stay for my parents.

The ventilation of the washroom was opened towards the gallery and the glass used in that ventilation was transparent.

no ventilation in the room. laboratory was not in cleaned property. food was too spicy and hot and not stomach friendly.

Worst hotel, worst room service (on first day of stay, I got my dinner served on my room after one and a half hour of order), no tea, coffee in the room however kettle is there (perhaps to show in photos), no dental kit, shampoo bottles are so small that you will find cockroaches bigger than that bottles. Room service is inactive; no one picks up phone there. Wifi is pathetic. I have a photo to show the color of the water for bath in the bathroom. The only thing about this hotel is they charge you more than they deserve.

Just a walking distance from birsa Munda airport...don't take cab (they will charge more than 300rs ) instead of this take a small walk approx 1 km or take a auto .... very cooperative staf... fabulous housekeeping staff.
