The overall hygiene standards were disappointing, making the stay uncomfortable. I expected better cleanliness, especially for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their maintenance and housekeeping.

Hotel staff are very nice at service from check-in to check out. Prime location easy to reach. All kind of food,juice,medical,tea,sweets premium shops and budget stalls are available nearbuy. Room quality is good though property is old. A/c, fan, bedsheet, working table chair all are good. Don't expect much in breakfast, they have limited option like pratha,poha,banana,3kind of tea. location and room quality

I have booked an elite package room for almost Rs. 2400 whereas I have got a damp room with half a toileteries (no tooth brush, toothpaste were provided). We have asked for slippers, but they have provided us with only 1 slipper. There was no heater in the room. The bathroom condition was worse. The shower was not working properly and the water was of bad smell. Light rays were coming through the door at night. Third-class hotel. If there was an option to give 0 stars, then I would have rated that.

The property is located in a centrally located area, a few steps away from Karol Bagh Metro. All the staff are very courteous. The promoter of the property is very customer friendly. Its a home away from home.

Clean rooms, new property, polite staff behaviour and great owner. Above all, finding a property at a great location is pretty tough in delhi. If you are looking for a hotel with best locality, this is a must go property.

The room wasn't as it was showing. The toilet wasn't cleaned also the old towels provided by the hotel. Television not working. I survived in bad condition
