The rooms are good and luxurious but they need to improve the service. Unable to watch the cricket worldcup . We are Indians its necessity.

Only Rooms & Hotel Food were good. 1. The crew asked us to change room for 6times due to Interlock Issues which was very bad and they failed in rectifying the issue.2. They're welcoming guests by giving RO Water in Used Plastic bottles which is disgusting and disrespecting the guests who are visiting the hotel. Charging such huge rent and not providing Sealed Water Bottle is Shameful. And when I asked for sealed Water bottle they charged me for that which shows that they're simply money minded a ...more

There were soo much mosquito in the room. The bedsheet blanket pillow cover was dirty. Good experience
