the ac wasn’t working properly and the water was as leaking all over the floor. informed the staff many times but it was the same.

I am really impressed with the behaviour of the staff and their hospitality. Hotel rooms are also well maintained and clean.

Old hotel. Rooms are not maintaining. Bathroom is very dirty. AC running but thermostat not working. Very bad experience.

the hotel was right on the main road opposite hyatt..where i had to attend a marriage ..rooms were ok ..breakfast was also fine..the staff was quite supportive and cordial

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the discrepancy between the rooms advertised in the pictures and the actual accommodations provided. The quality of the rooms falls significantly below the expected standards associated with GoStay properties.The condition of the rooms does not match what was promised, both in terms of appearance and overall quality, which has led to a frustrating experience.
