Well I would not complain much at the price range I booked it's a decent stay.. If you are expecting much don't it's ok stay. Clean, staff good, reception responsible and best in location though.

The stay was very pleasant. While the pricing felt slightly on the higher side, the hotel offered excellent service that justified the cost. All standard amenities and services expected from a good hotel were provided, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying experience.

the hotel room was very nice, staff were amicable and helpful. the breakfast buffet was also scrumptious and had a lot of variety. however, the receptionist lacked knowledge about tourism as when we asked him about the light and sound show at golconda fort he couldnt guide us ajd dismissed that there was such a thing. that is someone visiting this hotel should have ample knowledge about what they want to visit so as to avoid being dependent on the guidance of the hotel staff.

Positives - Location, food, staff behaviour, not that old building. Most of the hotels nearby are old ones. So we have not that many options. Negatives - Like in other reviews entrance to the hotel is narrow and some sewage smell is there till the reception area. There was literally no cooling from the AC in our room, I noticed it the next morning when we went out of the room for breakfast. I think they knew this because I noted they have left glass windows open with only mosquito doors close ...more

location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. it's in the core city and everything is accessible from here. Rooms are of decent size, most basic things are available. Cleanliness is where it's really lacking, washroom are just not clean. Toiletries are not available, all in all if they improve on this aspect it would be ideal place to stay. I would rate this property as average. Bathroom's are not clean. There are stains at corners. Even found a cockroach. The breakfast menu is not up to the mark. They give Jam but bread is not served.
