I stayed at hotel prime Balaji near Delhi railway station. While the service was satisfactory, I must say that the hotel rooms were not as comfortable as they appeared in the photosI was expecting a more cozy and inviting atmosphere, but unfortunately, the room fell short of my expectations. Located near to NDLS railway station in a walking distance. Room were clean and service was good. Staff were also very friendly.

The worst hotel and services I have ever stayed in. I have to change room twice, 1st because maintenance issues of power and intercom.
2nd room was full of cockroach 🪳 and insects.
Somehow I managed to pass the night.
Room service was pathetic and very unprofessional approach. It took 25 mins and thee calls to give dental kit in the morning.
I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst ever experience.

The hotel is at an amazing location. Right next to the New Delhi Railway Station. The rooms are adequately big and clean. They provide basic toiletries and complimentary water and tea/coffee. The bathroom was also clean. They gave an additional bed to accommodate third guest. Only one thing that I didn't like was that the toilet spray jet was not working properly and the exhaust too was faulty. Overall good value for money.
Hotel is at a safe spot. Plenty of places to eat. McDonalds too is at walking distance. Staff is courteous. Overall good experience.

The property was good and very near to the new Delhi railway station. We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and the staff was good. The room was a little small but clean. we gave 3 stars to the hotel because the room was small and there is no hot water and also no cable connection meanwhile we did not complain about it to the reception as it is already 11 pm. Also as per the voucher hot water kettle was there and coffee pouch as well but when we try to make it we found that there is no sugar. So overall good hotel.
