Swimming pool maintanence services are worst, Timings of accessing pool is odd Plus after using pool eyes were burning for unknown reason TV isn't available in any of my booked rooms Food Quality isn't Good as per expectations we have ordered chilli potatoes and chicken tikka but the taste and quality was very bad Overall Experience Was Bad and Unsatisfactory

Our stay was marked by exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service. From the moment of arrival, the staff displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness making every effort to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. Particularly commendable was the courteous demeanor of the staff, their prompt responses to every request, and the overall sense of care that made the experience truly memorable. Surrounded by nature, the property is tastefully designed to reflect its wilderness setting while maintaining modern comfort and elegance.Had an amazing experience , thanks to all the staff.

we had a great stay at the pugmark. the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. staff is attentive and helpful as well. they have a restaurant and the food is decent. there is also a folk music show in the evening which was enjoyable. will return with family surely!

Its great resort. but little off from city... Food was great, rooms are big enough, they also have sports activities as well. TV is missing in the room.
