royal suite i booked .but room was not good.booked the best category to enjoy weekend but room not upto the mark.service staff at the stay was very good.

The rooms have no security.There is only one glass door which anybody can break in and come. We felt extremely scared as the lights at night in the premises are almost all off. Its better to enjoy there and comeback by night.

Service Quality: If I could, I would give 10 stars for service and the staff. It was beyond excellent. Location: Approach to the property is a bit congested and narrow at places Amenities: No TV - GREAT IDEA. Wi Fi: quite poor in the room . Hot water: with a central heating system, I had to run the water for a long time (What a waste) to get tepid water for a shower on a winter morning. However, the adjoining room had hot water. nice ambience,also they have so many cultural activities we have enjoyed a lot,food was so delicious but breakfast buffet had not enough options.spa experience was the best.management is not trained well.too much costly in all cases,doesnt worth.

The Rajbari Bawali was awesome. Staff behaviour was very good and they were very cooperative and polite. Food quality was great and they serve authentic Bengali food. We were welcomed with warmth.
