It was a bad experience . When I arrived at the hotel, there was a lady and a young man at the reception. I asked the lady if any rooms were available, but she completely ignored me at first. After asking 2-3 times, she finally replied, "Yes sir, we have." The gentleman then gave me the key and told me my room number was 103.
When I reached the room, I found the fridge wasn’t working. I tried calling reception, but the telephone wasn’t working either, which really shocked me. I somehow managed ...more

Hotel was in renovation , everywhere dust , no one available on so called reception ( make shift)
Provided used bed sheets .
Room cooling was not adequate.
No drinking water provided .
This was worse than dharmshala . 😕
Bad selection by GOIBIBO and need to review hotel time to time .
Breakfast was not good , stale idali , luke warm tea.😡
Nothing to like , pathetic experience.

we booked a luxury suite and it was worth the experience. the whole suite justified it's price. i got it for 3800 which is value for money. they had a netflix subscription in there tv which was something new to me. i enjoyed that bit alot. the jacuzzi in the bathroom was also working and it was great to use. overall, the stay was good. they'd have to work on their food as it was not good at all, so, i'd say you can order it from somewhere else but the stay experience was up to the mark. i'd recommend the luxury suite to others.
