AC of the Duke Suit which I booked for my family was not working. Staff informed me that they have central AC which does not works and provided us with a table fan ! Drain plug of bath tub in our washroom was missing. Mismanaged property overall due to lack of coordination between different departments of the hotel. Don't know why, but Room Service team thought housekeeping team is responsible for topping-up drinking water in the room. For good 25 minutes they couldn't provide a Jug of water unt ...more

1. Toilet seat is broken having cracks and water Jet not properly working as body back, shirt & Trouser wet during using. 2. Stayed in room 115 having housekeeping issues, dust accumulation over furniture and flooring etc. 3. Dinning hall at 3rd floor having bad unhygienic floor. 4. Food rates also very higher as compare with condition of hotel & taste. Very awful experience 😔. Poor service and condition of hotel.
