Front office staffs are very arrogant and don't cooperate the guest on any request. Even way of denial on any request are pathetic and unpleasant. They need to learn the hospitality.

The hotel is fine. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. I had an issue with their billing. Goibibo.com through which I made the hotel booking made a computer error for one of the rooms (I paid for 2 people, but voucher showed 1 due to an error in their computer). After discussions with hotel staff, they agreed to take Rs. 900 extra, but would not give a receipt stating that this was for the extra room charge. Absolutely the most professional and best hotel at Bodhgaya. It was a no fretter experience for me and my wife for a 3 night stay. Having stayed at many hotels in India, I can undoubtedly say this is among the best within this price range. Food and Hospitality were just up to the mark. No complaints. Keep up the good work. All the best. Caring and sensible behavior of the staff. Couldn't ask for more. Food quality and quantity both were good. Would visit again.

I usually don't have time to post reviews but the service of this hotel compelled me to do so. I booked a suite room. Room was very spacious and worth the money. But , main reason for giving two star was due to breakfast service. There was no buffet breakfast and they took around 45 minutes to serve Breakfast in the restaurant and even after that forgot to serve tea and omelette. The Royal Residency is a really nice hotel, away from the busy area and with big rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Experience was good. This was lean season hence hot water service was initially not provided. However on request it was resumed. Room was good & staff was very cooperative.

Everything was good. However there was no hot water in toilet. This is the minimum requirements for good hotel these days. Staff was well mannered and very helpful. Overall the experience was good.
