The arrangement is very poor. You won't get water in the bathroom, even TV set-top also not working.. and for cooking anything in the kitchen, you'll have to pay cash in advance.

Machan room is the best.....don't judge on the basis of rate list. Nice view from the bed...bathroom with nice fittings......car parking is also available.

-No reception -No intercomm -Rashes and itching started as soon as I entered in the hotel's bed -Stay only if you have your own vehicle -Poor service -I had a booking through goibibo, my booking was confirmed but still they didn't gave me any room saying that rooms are unavailable, finally I called goibibo help desk number and complained about hotel staffs behavior then only the room was provided to me.. -Food is good but still to order you'll have to shout from balcony to order your meal ...more

The hotel in Kausani had severe maintenance problems. Low water, dirty beddings and suffocated rooms. No. of people I had gone with: 5. Me, Brother, His wife, Father, Mother. The suffocation and the bad maintenance of the beddings caused breathing problems to everyone in my family, my father had to be taken to a doctor twice in the night, which was not at all easy due to the remote location of the hotel, not to mention the slippery and broken 2-3 floors stairs one has to take to get to the room ...more

All was very nice during the stay, it was perfectly a comfortable stay that i had in this hotel, staff was well cooperative and it is very easily accessible as located on the mid way.

Had an excellent stay at Rudraksha Palace. Location is really beautiful. If u like a place that is away from crowded market and gives u an amazing view than this is the right place. Rooms were really good. I stayed with my friends in Machan room and really liked it. Room and toilets were clean. Ho water was provided on demand. Food was average though however not too bad either. U can go for trekking to near by village from the hotel. Arrive was good and people are really friendly. Would surly recommend this place. Overall had a great time. Will surly come back for a little longer duration.
