The resort location is quite far and at the end of the forest, but it is good. The services are very good, and the food tastes great. Overall, it was a very good experience.

It was a good stay. The only reason why i love this place is for the view. Its not worth the price if you are staying at other rooms apart from residence which has view.

excellent location and very good ambiance and superb facilities and fantastic spa but given 4 rating becoz of limited menu, we were there 2 days but we know all menu that's only disappointed apart from this everything is fine. we are very disappointed becoz pool is closed as goverment regulation.

Serai is just a word. Whateva they promise they dont fulfill. And the reason is excused in name of covid. Whn u enter the property they will on the drums to make u feel oh such a nice place but then the real fun starts . Safari is tax which is not included on the rich package. Secondly no activities and pool is closed. Request u not to choose the property its waste of each penny . Whn u enter room no view from the balcony . Totally waste. Loved the experience. There isn't any other resort in Bandipur that can beat Serai. I has been to windflower too but Serai is better. It was wonderful. I strongly recommend this resort for couples and families. Bachelors may not like it as Alcohol is prohibited.
