The reception manager was so nice and helpful, he was the guy for everything. The hotel is also very nice. just walking distance from the Airport. but it is on height so please book a taxi for the same.

More then 5 star, its a very good property to live in leh, very nearby to airport , tasty food, helpful staff, i liked the way they have welcomed. 100% clean rooms and washrooms, mount view. I can't find any good hotel within this budget... kudos guys!!

Worst experience,poor hospitality,rude behaviour of staff,too much expensive according to facilities.No facilities even no hot water available.such a worst hotel.Food was pathetic and very expensive.

UNCLEAN HOTEL, BAD SERVICE, PATHETIC FOOD, UNTRAINED STAFF.CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT: We arrived two hours after the usual check-in time (surprisingly which is 8 A.M.) and despite of that we had to wait for almost 2 hours to get a room. CLEANLINESS: This hotel does not even deserve to be rated as this was the most unclean hotel we ever visited. The room corridors had a foul smell and were trashed with cigarette butts and ash.
