not value for money. room offered was not kept proper privecy. food quality was good. there us scope to improve hygine and more better ambiance. for example not clean catle only १ dairy whitner and १coffiee pouches there.avaliable.

room is ok ok type, however compared to the price , room quality could have been better.. however, the food is really expensive. good lawn, swimming pool,good staff.

Hotel exterior is beautiful. Greenery everywhere. Food is excellent.
Rooms are not maintained properly. We were given a room in which shower was not working. WC cover was broken. The hotel personal knew the issues since they mentioned it immediately after we entered the room. The AC was not working properly. The maintenance team rectified it after we complained. They shifted the room after 6 hours. The furniture is also not maintained.
Being from the same industry I know the standards we need to maintain to ensure repeat guests
Food is not available between 11:30 pm and 8am.

very good food quality and room was also neat and clean as per my point of view personaly
place was also well maintained
pool water as near and clean
really recommend for eveyone friends , couple or family
staff also ok ok
in reception too quick process to check with id
and. very friendly and comfortable
good place too spend a time with love ones
if you are going with you love one then go to infinity pool too

, although the property was beautiful, well maintained and so clean, the people at the reception counter were helpful. The room was provided with everything that was needed.
