I hope this review reaches to the owner or the team managing the property. The condition of this hotel have degrading day by day. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 20 times, every time the quality of stay is getting lower.
The room which was provided was smelling and that was unbearable smell. asked the housekeeping staff they said the room was closed so thats why there is foul smell but it stayed till the whole stay. There is no window or ventilation in the room.

As we booked the premium room, but all the mentioned anmeties are not available and also as we pay for 3 members in a room, they provide stuff for only two, didnt like the service there!

Situated at Channa Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, this hotel offers a comfortable and safe stay to the travellers. The location of the hotel is extremely nice since one will always be surrounded by the aspiring students since this is situated in the hub of different IAS preparation instructions. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. There were some minor issues during my visit, but the management was very polite and resolved them quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.
