Our stay at Taj Palace was amazing. Everything was at its best. The ambience view, service , food,staff was extraordinary. I highly recommend to visit Taj atleast once. It's a life time experience .

When it's Taj everyone expects world class service. But unfortunately I had bitter experience at Taj Mahal palace
Food quality is average and micromanagement is terrible.
Taj Santacruz and Taj land ends were much better in all aspects as compared to Taj Mahal palace.
