Property Locations is good.
Cleanliness is something they can work upon both Studio Operator well as Builder.
Some issues like Glass Window, Tap, Kitchen Stuff needs to be periodically maintained, specially as they are getting old with more frequent usage.

the comode jet was not working, broken.
leakage n seepage issue in kitchen.
no electricity since 10 am
staff not at all helpfull
even after extending the stay for one more day new were not alloted

Key was not available for the room and there was no electricity in the room when we checked in. And when we complained about electricity the customer relation person was rude in behaviour.

Bad experience. It was not upto the mark. Very expensive as per facilities. Could get this @ 1000. No service at all, even after request. Will never recommend

My check-in was delayed up to 1 hr. due to Room unavailability and amenities was not as mentioned by the hotel owner.
DTH connection was not available on TV.

1. Due to a leaking tap in the room, my clothes and bag were damaged and became wet. Despite my repeated requests, the issue was not resolved until they finally agreed to change my room.2. I have made a reservation for a room for three people, and we were charged an additional 500 rupees per day for an extra bed. the charge for the extra person.3. Although the swimming pool was listed as one of the amenities, there were restrictions in place that prevented its use.
