so, when i come in my room,
room is not ready,
accessories not in kitchen,
nothing in room,
no dental kit,
i call staff regularly no one is responding

Had to wait for room keys for approx 30 mins.. nobody cooperated and neither gave me lift pass even after multiple requests.
got a room on 27th floor and had to borrow pass from residents there for everytime I had to use the lift. Not recommended

The condition of room was not good. Have dampness all over the walls near bed. And the partition between beds was too hard.

room service/ care takers not Available all the time when you needed.
Internet never works.
