This was one of our worst experiences at any hotel ever. we had booked 2 cottage rooms but once we arrived we were provided with one cottage and one garden view room which were quite far from each building. And over that One of the room had worst services, toilet was all stained, flush wasn't working, there was no washroom amenities. It was nice staying here. If you're booking more than one room I would suggest to book Room with Garden view as these rooms are on the same floor and if you're booking deluxe room you'll get one room on one floor and next on another floor. This info is not available while booking. Food is ok but expensive.
We've enjoyed pool side brunch with the music as per your choice as music system is already on place you just need to connect with your bluetooth and enjoy the rest. You can order food from pool side they will serve you there on off seasons.

It was pretty convenient for me to reach at the location. Proper food facility was there. Swimming pool which was basically for everyone. We can use free WiFi in the rooms and security wise stay was very good.

We visited hotel at 2pm, after ordering lunch it came at 3.30pm, house keeping is very poor, when asked to take cups of tea they refused to do it and told it will be cleaned tomorrow. House keeping service is very poor, restaurant service is also very poor, however the food was good. the hotel is not upto the rating it shows on app.

The stay was fine, The rooms are huge enough to fit 5 people. The food was affordable and average (not bad). The property is beautiful. But there were a few problems, The wifi wasn't working and the hotel seemed understaffed maybe because it was an off season trip. Overall it was a fine stay!
