good location, walking distance from patnem beach... polite staff at reception. housekeeping folks deserve a special mention as they kept the rooms neat and clean. in room dining is also good and value for money. overall, a fantastic stay.

Good atmosphere with clean and spacious rooms. Front desk lacks hospitality. Breakfast included with tariff is very average in taste and variety. They should include more options in the breakfast menu.
