The Hotel is good 👍. The reception, staff and other helpers are also very polite. The room we stayed in was not clean but was in usable condition! Clean freaks will definitely not like it! There were a few things, that they should consider to have in room, 1) a door mat in front of the washroom, 2) Water, 3) clean sheets and pillow covers (The sheets and pillow were not dirty, but as I said, clean freaks won't like it) Hospitality was on top! extremely untidy, laid back staff. rooms look as if they are 1000 years old. the hotel is my worst stay ever. pillows, bed and everything in the room seems to have already been used a 100 times. most untidy place, food is half cooked. ridiculous experience. would love to actually be compensated for such a bad experience

Charging more by showing 2 options in the booking for same rooms. Everything seems to have broken and damaged in the rooms. Food quality is also downgraded. Limited options No proper cleaning or rooms and washrooms. Never going to stay here again.
