A Horrible Experience – Not Recommended for Families
I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Viceroy Comfort during our trip to Mysore. Right from the moment we checked in, things went downhill. The rooms were extremely dirty – unclean floors, dusty furniture, and worst of all, stained bed sheets, some even with what looked like blood marks. The bathrooms were in an absolutely unhygienic state and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

we checked in the hotel at the night and we expected a good stay there because we saw that there was a function happening at the time.. the service was very bad and the room was below average.. bathroom fittings were damaged also no hot water,bulbs were not working and we informed them but no use..we got burnt porotta from the restaurant and we told them about it and they didn't mind it..we were totally disappointed 😞

it's just an inn and not a hotel no proper food. don't expect good service, just given very basic toiletries with no hand wash so use one small soap per person for everything.
One vegetarian restaurant which hardly had any offering and taste no comments

It was a good experience. The Viceroy Comforts was a pretty good stay. If you’re looking for a good stay near the palace u can definitely opt this out. The hotel is attached to a convention centre hence has a massive parking area. The service and rooms were also great. The wifi was not available everywhere in the room. Otherwise it's a great stay.

from outside Hotel looks awesome due to a huge banquet hall adjacent to hotel. from inside it's as normal as a normal room (1000/day) which you can get at other hotels.
I booked 2 rooms. Cockroach were there in both the bathrooms. Main concern was the bedsheets of both the rooms. They were extremely untidy.
Your stay to this hotel can be decent if you ask for insect spray at your room and will get bedsheets changed. They will not do it themselves.

the so called go stay, which states clean rooms, which of these show cleanliness??? the room maintenance was bad had cockroach and the walls were stained curtains broken, old bedsheet and pillows which stinks... moreover the room locks doesn't lock from outside and it will come out completely with just a little bit of force, safety concerns
un hygienic and safety concerns, don't go by the photos posted by property or the goibibo claim of best go stays...just checked out in sometime after looking at this room condition no refunds as well .

They have enough car parking area, but the property seems to be Old and need some renovation on priority..
