Sharing herewith my experience -
1. You should stop using the term 'Hotel' for such properties.... strictly use LODGE or GUEST HOUSE (this will give a clear picture to the guest while booking) referring to its nature of old unventilated properties, poor service and comfort to the guest. Located inside an old dilapidated building with slippery granite on main approach through electronic shops with peeping shop keepers and their staff.
