Fungus on the duvets, pillows, bathroom fittings. Please check underneath the covers, very unhygienic. Beg bugs & pests. White stains on the screens. We booked 12 rooms - the entire property - but there was 1 room occupied by the previous guest till 5:30 pm. Property does not have the basic standard of cleanliness and hygiene - we were very concerned with health hazards.

"Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. One of the best resorts that I have stayed at in Goa. All the credits go to the host of the property Dhiraj!! One of the most kind, heart-warming and helpful people I have ever met. We only visited as a single couple and extented the stay for a week.
The stay is really beautiful with all the facilities including private pool and room services. You can also order food and drinks from outside.
There are no restrictions in terms of timings or music.
