it was a very bad experience at hotel the windtree they have uploaded vey good picture on website but reality is not like that cleaning wise it is very bad hotel , bathroom , floor not cleaning very well , bedsheet and blanket are very bad they are using same for the every customer , breakfast is also very bad , they don't have proper staff in the hotel to surve the customer overall i had a very bad experience , by default i had booked this hotel by seeing the website photo but , i request to other customer please don't book this hotel otherwise your money will be just wasted .

worst experience, no parking due to road construction. this property is very old and not maintained. tv not working, no hot water. bed sheets have stains and holes due to smokers. we were the only family in the whole property. 2-3 care takers are working here busy in mobile all the time. no manager onsite. very old furniture in the room.bathrooms are very dirty that yellow stains everywhere.

Rooms are good. Very old model. Breakfast is not up to mark as there was no options. Restaurant was found closed. Had difficulty in getting food. Little bit far from the city.

The staff at this property are the best, they are waiting there to help you, I didn't expect this kind of service for a room that costs under 2k, fully satisfied and the property is also very nice and well maintained, would be happy to recommend this place to anyone, and and I would totally consider booking with hotel again!

Rooms were not clean and the smell of alcohol and cigarettes was felt throughout the stay........hotel entry was horrible ....no headlights place at entrance by hotel management....dental kit was not available.... booking made for three people but towels and soaps were provided only for 2 people.... really bad experience

The positive side is that the staff is very cooperative and the location is good. Mosquitoes are a huge problem and on first floor we saw cockroaches as well, probably people don't stay as much on that floor. It's in an industrial area so expectations should be set accordingly.
Overall average experience, breakfast options are very limited and no Gujarati or South Indian options are available. There is no restaurant nearby as well, need to have your own vehicle.

It was worst stay of mine. Rooms was very unhygienic no facility in room. No bar as per shown in app. No warm water. Food quality is worst. In breakfast no buffet. Room service is poor
Hotel is worth only 500-600 rs.

verry bad food in hotel the windtree
no clean room. and rat is running in the room. I ha e told by waiter. but he behavior is verry rough
