Room was clean, spacious as we got the special room. Room Service was good.Overall experience was good.

Hotel is located in a very beautiful place from where the entire Hubba Khatun peak is visible. Room was of good size, food was also good. But there was frequent power cuts and back up was not always there. Hot water availability was not sufficient as the geyser was given power for 1 hour only at 10.30 pm to 11.30 pm which was asked to be used in the morning which really didn't work. Hence next day we requested them to power the early morning instead of late evening which they did. But in a cold place with temperature at 4 degree it is difficult to do without regular hot water availability.
