We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Mountain view rooms are very good. Parking is available.

we had a very bad experience as we booked the premium room and was charged for the same however we were provided another room which was very poorly maintained as the premium room was being used by the owner’s wife and we were given the room ,the price was also lower for the room we got but we paid for the premium room

It is very secludedChef is most of the times unavailable- they dont even keep biscuits with themThere is no connectivity - no cabsWifi doesnt catch in the roomOverall a very poor experience

When we arrived at the property, there was no occupancy, there was a power outage, but Mr. Robin the manager of the property was really a nice gentlemen, very cordial and kind hearted, helpful and caring, the room was nice and spacious, clean and tidy.
we reached the property by hired cab that charges us ₹600/- from the motor stand, I inquired from the driver what the charge would be for a day tour, he told me that ₹3000/- for nine points.

The property is located near Deolo (Upper Echhay) and is little away from the Kalimpong centre. However the location is very nice if you want to escape the madness of city life.
The staff are very helpful and will ensure that guests are comfortable. The hotel manager Robin is very attentive!
However the hotel needs some maintenance specially inside the rooms. Food options are limited but very delicious and prepared in a hygienic kitchen.
I would have rated the property 5 / 5 if the maintenance was good by the Management.
