    Airconditioner is not working. Small wall fan is there which is not supporting in heat wave. Food service is too slow. Refilling the food is too slow. Offering food service in restaurant to families coming from local or not saying in hotel but not offering to people who already paid for buffet. So that they can earn overall above. Although food quality is good.Electrical appliance not working. I would say hotel is too expensive and not worth it to spend on single day.

    If you have small kids and you don't want to go far, then this place is the best. There are many things for the kids to play with. The kids will not trouble you and you will be able to enjoy your time. The food was also tasty. The staff is also very nice. There is live music at night for you to enjoy yourself. Everything is available to play badminton cricket, Ludo, snooker table. My experience was very good. It is the best place for family and kids🥰🥰

    The rooms are not very cozy specially the washroom, maybe its because of the rainy weather that there were spiders everywhere on the resort The food needs lil improvement in some aspects otherwise food was ok I think its lil over priced comapred the amenities they are providing Everytime you have to go to restaurant area or tea area you have to pass by the reception where there are multiple people sitting most of the time which is not bery pleasing for females to pass by them

    We booked the property based on the images, but upon arrival, we found it to be entirely different and below acceptable standards. The resort was unhygienic, and the air conditioners were not functioning, even in the restaurant and reception areas.

    Definitely We had spent some good quality time during our stay. Though place is small but they tried to provide Max activities. We booked delux room with breakfast and dinner. Dinner buffet didn't have much variety. Also taste is not up to mark. Salt was needed to us in every item. No starters only main course. Not worthy and expensive if included during room booking.
