    It was a very nice experience.. we all but especially my kid enjoyed there very much.. I'm deducting 1 star to improve the maintenance of the private pool

    The Hotel is not at a good location. Also the Igloo room which we have booked, its AC is not working at all and room is moisturized. Also the staff is not very good. Also in washroom the water is overflowing. Overall exeperience was very horrible, we will not visit again in this Hotel. Staff is not very good. The location is also not very good. AC in the iglou room which we booked is not working.

    This is really a bad bad experience. I stayed in the most expensive luxury suite but there was no hot water coming into the washroom. After too much investigation they shifted us into another room which was a downgrade room. But again in the morning there was not hot water coming on that too. Their technical team was clueless and trying to fix the issue all the time. They again requested us to move to another room. We simply checked out from the property. This was a horrible experience to stay in 'Themis'. Zero hospitality.

    good stay! the staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. the location was not so convenient tho but the overall experience exceeded expectations. highly recommend for leisure trips
