The hotel did not provide the rooms shown in the app. Upon arrival, I questioned the staff about the significant differences between the booked room and the photos, as the room looked completely different, dirty, cocroch on bed, broken toilet door, filthy toilet Pot. The staff member insisted the rooms were the same as shown, despite me showing the booking details. He provided no valid explanation and kept repeating that the rooms matched the photos. they shift you to another hotel, the pictures and the real hotel is not same not same, how come they use such picture, when such rooms ain't existed with this property
