Beautiful resort with poor management.hot water problems. slow service. one lady waitress was very rude and not interested in serving us. they prefer only Tibetan customers. no play area for kids and no other amenities. bathtub and swing are useless, cannot be used.restaurant timings was limited. complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark. very few items were there. it has no south indian food. not worth the money we paid. felt bored.positive: only male staffs were very friendly and helpful. r ...more

service is very poor.. normal asked like hand towels, bath towels were not given saying that the property i’d full and we are running short of those things, electricity fluctuations.. also food is also not that great.. overall not worth with the price it’s listed

worst experience in the lifetime... No proper food restaurant was closed 9pm ..only ... And mainly no water in Rooms night and early morning...
