Worst experience. I had to literally call room service and front office many times for basic things that were expected to be there in every type of room booked at resort. 1. Refrigerator was not working. I had to call 2 times for that. At last they replaced it with other one. 2. In bathroom, no hand towel, no dental kit, geyser was not working, no door mat. 3. Their TV was not working 4. food was okay okay. 5. Swimming pool was not clean Very much disappointed form these things as I visited the same 2 times before but food and everything was very good. But now everything is worse.

This is genuinely good property with abundant space and lush green trees I will start with Pros first 1. Accessibility from main road 2.Spacious room 3.Jungle like ambience 4.Maintained pool 5.River access property 6.Courtious staff Cons 1.Food was very Okayish 2.Although property is big, maintainance is not that good 3.We were travelling with 4 month baby, Most areas were not stroller friendly 4.Cost to luxury ratio is not good, Rooms didn't feel like the money we paid for them

⚠️ This was my worst experience ever stayed and suggest everyone never to visit in this shit place... Being 4 star property it is soo disgusting place .. also you won't get any options in breakfast also..being buffet also you have only 1 or 2 choices to eat which is so limited that if anyone don't like those item they could not eat anything. and the main what makes it worst to worst.. their service and stafd .. .it is soo lazy, late and non supporting staff in everything. Believe me .. Not worth at any cost ⚠️

Property is awesome , Service is also very prompt..The ambience with All those Mango trees is really good...Food is also decent with Live Music...Only drawback.....Room Maintenance is pathetic.....Jet non functional & also AC water dripping inside the room itself ...Making the whole floor wet and clothes inside the cupboard drenched . it's in High Need to have a revamp for older rooms and just making new rooms won't help because it will just make the prices costly

Very nice ambience. We had a terrace suite which was excellent. Refrigerator was not working but was replaced by the management. Food was great. Swimming pool and back side flowing river are an add on. There are dogs & monkeys roaming around the property. Have to carry a stick for protection. But that is an adventure of staying in a jungle like property.

the room was not worth the price. the floor was dirty having multiple spots as if that wasn’t mopped since last couple of days. the light in the dressing area wasn’t working for which i had to call the house keeping services 3-4 times only after that the bulb was replaced. the bedsheet on the bed was torn having multiple holes in it. bathroom wasn’t clean, again for that i called in the house keeping post check-in. dusting wasn’t done in the room before we checked-in. no welcome drink was served ...more

On the good side, the only thing which I want to highlight is the swimming pool. It's big, neat and clean. The room was dirty, and other things were average. It's not a four-star property.
