location was good but rooms are so small unable to adjust myself .window is also so small and all rooms window is facing corridor.Food is also expensive

Was staying for the 4th time at this property with my family - compared to the previous 3 times times the service especially the in-house restaurant Bayroute has deteriorated. AC and TV was not functional...as we were out most of the times didn't bother...complained on the last night the AC remote was fixed, TV wasn't. Bathroom exhaust also broke down on the last night - overall a very average experience.

stay was very comfortable... front office executive Anju offered exceptional hospitality who can go above and beyond to cater the guests needs...breakfast could be better which the buffet has limited spread...lunch was really delicious... appreciate the staffs behaviour...Thank you Front off team👍

Breakfast was very nice. My family and I enjoyed it very much. My grandson was very happy as he could eat tasty corn flakes and cup cakes.... We had luch too at the hotel. Lunch was superb, especially sweet corn chicken soup and fish biriyani..... All the staff members were very courteous and helpful... We will again go back and stay in this hotel in the near future..
