misleading images of the hotel, no parking space, so you have to park the vehicle far away. it's situated in a very very busy market area. the entire hotel had a smell of mosquito repellent.. dirty rooms.. very bad experience

Dirty room, damps and broken wall. Even hen you put the AC at 16 deg, still you need full speed fan to keep the room cool. The door lock has issues and I need to call the hotel staffs everytime. They would take almost 5-10 minutes to open the door.
I opted for a delux room but the pictures shown in the advertisement does not match with the room. No chair & table, no dustbin bucket.
I usually do not give a negative rating as to some extent I can adjust and really do not expect a 100% perfect thing. But this one is really a disappointing stay for me.

Few Suggestions for hotel.
Interior is not as shown in photo. Toilet flush doesn't work, Mosquitoes problem. No Dustbin was kept in the room.

My booking is for today and I haven't reached the hotel yet. Still as a customer, I haven't received a single call from the hotel's authorities.
I doubt what concern they have for their customers.

I didn't have a good experience. The hotel and rooms are totally different than shown in the pictures. The rooms were not clean at all. Very congested and small rooms. no space for ventilation at all. you cannot even open the window. no balcony. The only thing that was working properly was the AC. Hotel is in the market area which is fully crowded 24/7. they don't even have parking. So if you have a car and are planning to stay then this is not a good place for you. Service is slow and 1st provided room was below average then changed.
Room provided without checked AC as it takes hours to connect on.
