nice big rooms ....but no hot water in tap ...we have to ask for it...close to railway station...

I use to stay in this hotel on regular basis. But the new employees hired one black guy and another old guy there behaviour is extremely bad. last to last time asked them for the chair he replied to his colleague " yaar chair mag Raha hai kon " now to me "are nahi hai" I told him take a look chairs are next to you then again he replied "bola na nahi hai"
if your are regular customer still you received such type of behaviour this show very bad. I book this hotel to convey my message to the hote ...more

service quality is extremely poor. Toilet is not clean at all I complained them many times but no action taken so far
