room cleanliness was ok but no service compliant about hot water not coming in bathroom but nobody bothered and not they came to see or check even after 2 hours no drinking water was there in the room

it was horrible and bad experience. property is not renovated and rooms are shabby . in terms of hygiene and cleanliness there is huge scope of improvement.

room is ok but bathroom is in broken stage .... room service is very slow or they will tell you that they are sending things but they never will ... you just forget about things at last ... need to checkout at last ... i will give only 2 star to this hotel ... they are charging you like 5 star but giving you service of two star

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, no one greeted us at the entrance, and we had to carry our luggage to our room ourselves. The lift was not working, so we had to use the stairs with our luggage, and no staff member offered to help. Additionally, there was a wedding taking place, which was not communicated, and the noise was disruptive throughout the night.When we ordered food, instead of taking payment at checkout as most hotels do, the staff insisted on immediate pay ...more
