rooms and bathroom was very clean tv was not working but they improve it location is but congested

I have never seen a worse hotel, worse service, worse hospitality, or worse rooms than this. The room was so small that it ended as soon as it began. The staff here is even worse. In my opinion, no one should stay at this hotel.There is a lot of noise in the hotel, and it's impossible to even sit in the room. I complained to the hotel management , but no one listened, nor did anyone change my room or the hotel.

No wonder why this hotel is having 1*. Pathetic staff, Pathetic washrooms, Impolite & rude. I am checking out now not satisfied. kindly refund our amount. There is a chaos happening inside the hotel, everyone is shouting at each other
