I recently stayed at TNCS Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was given all the information I needed for my stay.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. Every little detail in the room, from the complimentary toiletries to the well-stocked minibar, was thoughtfully prepared.

everything was fine however the ac was not working in the room. i called 2-3 times and also i walked up to the reception for help and to inform that ac is not working they told me maintenance is going on it will take some time but it had been almost 5-6 hours of stay and ac didn't worked and you can say that i paid for ac room but i got non ac room on the same price, which was not acceptable

this dirty blanket they give....5 times phone calls and twice visited on reception desk....still they didn't change it.

There was a weird smell in the room & the door latch was not working. When asked staff for changing the room they refused & said the hotel is full & didn't even acknowledge our complaint. bathroom was not cleaned properly. moulds present at multiple spots & cockroaches roaming around.
Not at all worth the price.
