In night water was not available in bathroom. TV was not working. we informed to staff for tv issue but same was not fixed. AC was not working. Welcome drink not provided. In night no one was available for picking call at reception to adress above issues. Only one thing was better that property is nearby of fort & public transport....

Location of hotel was near fort, on a walking 10min distance, it was easy to take auto and cabs for railway station or gadisar lake as well. Decoration of suite rooms was beautiful in heritage style. We can get a beautiful view of fort from the rooftop restaurant but all seats and cushions were full of dust, one can't sit there. Bathtub was not operational in the washroom.

Hotel is located near Jaisalmer fort. Overall good vibes. Overall ambience is good but I am giving three stars because I found lizards and coacroches in washroom and there was no power backup at night due to this I face challenges. In morning I had an bad experience, hotel staff switch off my A.C from outside in early morning.

Excellent room with good hygiene and room service. We were able to get an upgraded room for no additional cost. The staff was very well behaved and supportive towards helping you plan your trip. Overall, a good stay !
