it was very unhygienic , current is coming in tab and even in water. curtain are so dirty and oily only positive point is front staff behavior is good i appreciate his work and behavior.

room cleanliness was missing. room was smelly found earthworm inside the room. however staff was good at attending, communication and arranging what was required like any information, cab etc..

we couple are 75 and 73 years old, got hotel after moving upside steps about 150 metres, being old it became very sorrowful and sad, room was very congested. Please arrange hotel considering customers age. Thanks.
