Such a bad staff even the one of receptionist zuseb he is so rude to talk with customer. Even the room i have chosen he said i do not have that room then he shifted me to the worst room even the ac was not working.

The hotels entrance seems hidden somewhere, you cannot locate without asking the guard that from where you should enter the hotel reception. Very small rooms and do not justify for what you have paid against the same. Bar and restaurant on the terrace which has common entrance lift, and you may encounter sometimes with the people who are drunk. This hotel is not for families. WORST!!

Hotel is averageBut Hotel staff take so much time to handle customer.We have request them to provide cutlery 3 times then the had provided.
