I had booked the property and when I reached they said no booking has been done, I have not gotten the refund as well and I spent around 2200 on the rooms.

Rooms were neat, service was prompt and staff was very warm. Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was beautiful.

The stay was horrible. The staff was horrible. Moreover after my booking they charged 300 rupees extra at the time of checkin. They said there was inflation. And the food was horrible and expensive.
