the hotel receptionist demands more money also or refuse to give me the room he said give me extra money and i will pay also extra money

i was firstly denied check in and they made me wait at reception for more than 2 hours and after that they kept me shifting from one room to another and tv was not working and in other room there was no light in the washroom

even basic facilities were not available like soap, towel and bedsheet were in very bad condition and smelling. staff behaviour was very rude and non-sincerely.
