Bad experience!! No TV and Broken beds!!! The staff were not organized and were trying to figure out how to give /which rooms to give after we reached the hotel. After 20 mins of waiting, we got the rooms that were not even close to the description given when booking.

problem with checkin, denied check in due to their issue with Oyo. The hotel claims Oyo has some issue in settling their payment. asked to pay extra amount.
location wise good. AC is good. washroom is decent with lot of cockroaches. no house keeping or cleaning.. no parking space.. no water given everyday.

Unprofessional management. I booked a single room for 3days in advance and while check-in on 1st May 2022 the receptionist refused to give me a room. The reason was, the room rent what I have paid thru & made me to pay Rs.500/- extra for the same room. As I was in a hurry to attend a couple of clients meeting, I didn't had time to call customer care to complain.

Stay was good. One issue was that management is missing most of the time.
Difficult to get things done cause regardless of what time you call the service desk, no one's available to pick.

Worst experience no food, tea, water is available in room service. One have to purchase from market. A C not working, no toilataries provided. No service of any kind available in room. This hotel is not at all recommendable. Never for family.I left the hotel within 3 hours and shifted to some other hotel.
